Owners Brett and Laura Olszeski established their first restaurant, next to the tracks in Historic, Downtown Kennesaw known as “Trackside Grill”, a southern, comfort food dining concept which quickly became known as simply, “Trackside”. Twenty years later - rebranded and refreshed as “Bernardo’s Modern- Mex”, this restaurant concept serves mexican-style food reflecting a fusion of southwestern flavors with a modern twist! Bernardo’s will be the go-to restaurant where groups of friends and family can enjoy a dining experience with an energetic, social atmosphere that is minutes away from their home within the comfort of their local community.
